OUR POLICY
At The Hairess & Co we take the utmost care with your hair and use the finest products available. Our highly trained team will give you advice for using the best product to keep your colour and style looking fresh and lasting as long as possible. We can not guarantee lasting results if you swim, take medication or use unsuitable shampoos and conditioners.
We do not provide re-do’s if you change your mind, or choose not to follow home care advice. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your hair, please contact the salon within 7 days. We do not provide refunds, and will do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your new colour or style.
CANCELATIONS
12 hrs cancelation notice is required
A non- refundable deposit may be required for appointments over $200.
Price effective from July 2021 and are subject to change without notice.
Our price structure reflects the educational level of our stylists, which is determined by training and practical experience.
GIFT VOUCHERS (PURCHASES and GIFTS)
Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of purchase.
Gift voucher must be handed to be amended of value when used.
COMPLIMENTARY GIFT VOUCHERS
Complimentary gift vouchers must be redeemed within one service.
Complimentary gift voucher must only be redeemed by one person.
Voucher must be presented at time of service otherwise payment must be made to the dollar value.
RETAIL
We do not give refunds on ‘change of mind” on retail purchased.

<p>Will exchange and claim your warranty on any heat tools purchased from us.
<p>No refund will be given only exchange of heat tool returned from hot tool company. </p>
